Municipality Hollands Kroon
Interior design as an accelerator for organisational development. Hollands Kroon is a young municipality of 22 villages in the up north. The civil servants work in an extensive environment, and self-management is the new standard. The civil servants mainly go to the people themselves. This makes a smart place for productive meetings, cooperation and transfer of knowledge essential.
In collaboration with Hollands Kroon, we started to develop a flexible, modern interior concept. The interior concept provides three types of workplaces: landing spaces for flexible working and informal consultation, team spaces for meetings and individual areas to be able to concentrate. Signing, photography, own design wallpaper and unique street art play an essential role in the design. These elements created a homey atmosphere so that there would be more togetherness within the teams.
Crielaers & Company took care of the integration of all disciplines so that the result tells one clear story: the inextricable story of Hollands Kroon.
