Harvest
Harvest consists of 184 newly built apartments ranging from 40m2 to 96m2. C&C realised the interior concept and layouts. For the 40m2 apartments, we made smart use of the space. The 40m2 apartments can also be combined, creating 80m2 apartments. As a result, rental homes can be used for a wide range of purposes.
In all the residences we thought about the general finishing of the kitchen, bathroom and floors. The broad target group of starters, transitioners, minimalists, experienced enjoyers and internationals has been taken into account. With several significant interventions in the public spaces, the identity in the building has been strengthened. In the entrance, you will find a meeting place with a connotation of harvest. In the mezzanine, there are drawings of a height of 6 floors where the four seasons can be seen. Our team developed the signage.
